Dear saints,
In our Zoom fellowship times, we earnestly hope to address the practical issues that you face in your endeavor to go on in shepherding the young people. For this purpose, we would like to invite you to fill out this questionnaire.
Note that ALL QUESTIONS ARE OPTIONAL. You can answer just one question, or you can answer as many questions as you like. If you don’t feel comfortable with giving your name and locality, that’s just fine too.
