Please read everything carefully before registering.
Registration for the European Young People's Conference and European Family Conference 2025 takes place entirely through this website.
Registration Procedure
The registration procedure is the same for everyone wishing to attend the conferences, including young people, helpers, serving ones, practical serving saints, parents, and children, regardless of country.
Each of these steps must be completed in order:
  1. LOG IN: Create or log in to a ypconference.eu user account (this is the same as your truthschool.eu account). You may register and pay for up to ten family members through the same account.
  2. REGISTER: Fill in all the pages of the online application form and submit them. Partially filled in pages can be saved to be finished and submitted later. Your form is not complete until all six pages have been submitted. If you do not completely submit pages 1-6 by 1st June 2025 (midnight UTC, at the end of the day), you will be moved to the waiting list.
  3. RECEIVE APPROVAL: You (and your parents) will receive an email notification of your approval status from your country coordinator.
  4. BUY FLIGHTS: Do not buy flights until you receive approval of your application. Return to update your travel information once you have confirmed your travel arrangements, and do this by 8th June 2025.
  5. PAYMENT: Make your full payment by 4th June 2025 (midnight UTC, at the end of the day) to avoid the late payment fee. If you incur small additional payments after this, that will not affect your registration status. However, please complete any outstanding payments as soon as possible. Your payment calculation and more information can be found on the payment page.
  6. QUESTIONS? If you need help with registration for any reason, contact your country coordinator.
Don't forget to pray for the conference and to encourage your companions and friends to register!

Important: the lower limit for the European Young People's Conference is age 13.
The EYPC is for young people who are aged between 13-19 on Lord's Day, 27th July 2025. If you are aged between 13-18, then you must register for the EYPC; registering to join the EFC is not an option.
Children younger than this may be registered as part of the European Family Conference. Within the EFC there will be meetings for ages 11-12. A parent must be with their child in these meetings at all times.

Deadlines

Registration will close on 1st June 2025 at midnight (UTC) or when the registration quota is reached. Applications after this will be placed on a waiting list and you will be notified if space becomes available. A late registration fee will be charged in addition to the conference fee. Do not expect that late registrations will be accepted.

Please do not delay registering.

Your registration is not complete until you have submitted your registration form and been approved by your Country Coordinator. Both your registration form and coordinator approval have to reach us by 1st June 2025. If your payment reaches us after 4th June 2025, the late fee will also be added.

Your travel information must be completed by 8th June 2025.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations after 1st June 2025 will be subject to a cancellation fee. There is no refund for cancellations after 1st July 2025. Please see the conference announcement for more information.
