When you begin to register for the conference, you will automatically be assigned to a Country Coordinator (and if you are from the UK, German-speaking countries, French-speaking countries, or North America, you will be specifically assigned to a cluster coordinator) based on where you are registering from.
What does your coordinator do?
Your coordinator acts as a liaison between the Registration Team and all the registrants from your area. Your coordinator is also responsible for reviewing the information you submit in your registration form and for approving registrants to participate in the conference.
Please pay close attention to emails or other announcements from your Country Coordinator from the time you first begin to register all the way to the start of the conference. Your coordinator may try to contact you about missing information, upcoming deadlines, or other important information. Please respond promptly when necessary so as not to delay your registration.
What does it mean if I am on the waiting list?
Once you are on the waiting list, your Country Coordinator may still be able to approve you to join the conference (if your registration form has been submitted), but please note that it will be the Registration Team who will assess if there is space for you to join the conference and make the final decision.
If you have any questions during this period, please direct them to your Country/Cluster Coordinator. You will also be able to see directly on your registration form if your registration is still on the waiting list and if it is approved.
When should I contact my coordinator?
If you have questions that are not answered in the Important Information for Everyone, or if you need help regarding translation, or if you have other concerns that require fellowship, please contact your Country Coordinator.
The majority of the time, your Country Coordinator will be able to assist you with your queries straight away, and when necessary, will liaise with the Registration Team on your behalf.

When you submit your registration form, a confirmation email will be sent to both you (and your parent) and to your Country/Cluster Coordinator.
If you have difficulty contacting your Country Coordinator and have tried multiple times to both email and WhatsApp/call over a reasonable period of time and have not received any response, you may contact registration@ypconference.eu and explain the situation.
