SheetStyles – Legal & Support

Overview

SheetStyles is an internal Google Sheets editor add-on developed for the European Young People’s Work (EYPW). It provides a centralized design system for Google Sheets, including colour palettes and text style presets.

Terms of Service

1. Use of the Add-on

SheetStyles is provided as an internal tool for use by authorized users within EYPW and related church administrative contexts.

The add-on is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Use of the tool is voluntary and at the user’s discretion.

2. Intended Use

SheetStyles is designed solely to assist with formatting and styling Google Sheets documents. It does not modify spreadsheet data beyond formatting operations initiated by the user.

3. No Warranty

The add-on is provided without guarantees regarding availability, performance, or compatibility with future versions of Google Sheets.

4. Limitation of Liability

EYPW and the developer shall not be liable for any loss of data, formatting issues, or workflow disruptions arising from use of this add-on.

Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection

SheetStyles does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal data.

2. Data Access

The add-on accesses Google Sheets only to:

  • Read style configuration data from a central master spreadsheet
  • Apply formatting to the active spreadsheet at the user’s request

No spreadsheet data is transmitted to external servers.

3. Third-Party Services

SheetStyles does not use third-party analytics, tracking tools, or external APIs.

4. Data Storage

No user data is stored outside the user’s Google Workspace environment.

Post-install Instructions

After installing SheetStyles:

1. Open Google Sheets
2. Go to Extensions → SheetStyles
3. Open the Sidebar
4. Select a theme and apply styles

Ensure you have access to the EYPW Master Style Sheet.

Tester Opt-Out

If you no longer wish to participate in testing the SheetStyles add-on, please contact office@ypconference.eu and your tester access will be removed.
