Please plan your time in Europe before the conference in Poland or afterwards. Set aside this entire week to be in the conference and care for the things pertaining to the conference, not your travel plans afterwards.
If anyone needs to make a correction to his/her date of departure (e.g. not leaving on Thursday 4 Aug but wants to stay until Friday 5 Aug) he/she needs to inform the office about it before Monday 1 Aug, otherwise we will not be able to help them with their accommodation for this additional night.
